These gloves have a nice snug fit and are like a second skin. In the past I always had to remove my gardening gloves to weed, which defeated the purpose of having gardening gloves! The rubberized tips and snug fit make it easy to pull the smallest weeds.

I recently bought these gloves as a gift, and was very surprised when the package came and they said they are Equestrian gloves, for working with horses. No where on the package did it say work gloves for gardening, which is the use I had entended them for. However, the package did say “Atlas NT370 Nitrile” before the words equestrian, so I just figured that is the way they come. I took off the tags before wrapping.
I bought the small size and tried them on, but there is a little extra room at the finger tips – I have child sized hands so that’s not surprising. I was impressed by the Nitrile covering – I can see how it would be easy to work with small seeds – the Nitrile seems to be a slip-proof grip. The places where the Nitrile covers – bottom of hands and finger tips – would be waterproof, while the top of hand and wrist are made of a breathable weave – like a thick, soft mesh fabric. The packaging says the fabric does not get stiff when it gets wet.
Bottom line, great glove for any type of outdoor work – inlcuding working with animals and plants. Not waterproof, but water resistant. Appears to be washable, which is always great. Would buy again, especially for under $5.00!

These gloves are great for garden work! They are strong and don’t tear, but are thin enough to feel what you are doing, e.g., planting seedlings; pinching off dead blooms, weeding, etc. Other gloves are either too heavy to work with small items, or if thin enough they tear easily.

I have always hated leather gardening gloves (not impervious to tearing, get grossly stiff after exposure to moisture, ‘baggy’ fit, etc.) and have been searching for an alternative. I found it!
These gloves are extremely comfortable, and, in my estimation, sized properly – I purchased size SMALL. To give you an idea of my hand size, my ring finger is size 5 and my hand span (from bottom of palm to tip of my middle finger) is 6.5″. For these gloves to work best, you need to have a slightly snug fit.
The mesh is breathable, but the nitrile coating along the palm and fingers is not – so you may have some sweaty palms after wearing them for prolonged periods of time – but that is a small price to pay for gloves that let you work in comfort. I have started the spring gardening routine (including the heavy duty use of rakes, hoes, shovels and shop brooms) with ZERO blisters to show for it. My grip is better with these gloves, and that sure helps with weeding and any job requiring a good grasp.
The price is unbeatable, and they come in a wide array of kicky colors. I purchased apple green, dahlia pink and onyx black. Love all three pair! Highly recommended.

These gloves are fantastic! I have very small hands with pretty short fingers, and these are the first garden gloves I have ever found where I don’t have a bunch of extra glove at the end of each finger. I can actually handle small objects with the gloves on. They are well ventilated so your hands don’t get real hot, and they are extremely tough. I am ordering a second pair.
