The aerogarden system is amazing and the trellis system puts the icing on the cake. The AeroGarden team is very helpful and stands behind it’s product 100%. Great for anyone who wishes to grow indoors through the hottest of summers or the coldest and darkest of winters.

I have 3 “classic 7-pod” aerogardens all going full bore, with the most recent planting for Spring containing my first attempt at the Salsa Garden kit: 2 tomato and 1 jalepeno plant (with 4 spacers for unused pods). None of the units are more than 8 months old, and they are not designed to accept the trellis system. When this garden gets larger, I’m going to have to figure something out to support the plants…Aerogarden should make this trellis available for all models…all these gardens, accessories and the seed kits are very expensive and to get the most value for the money, a trellis should be made to fit all models.

It only includes two trellis supports, which is a bit weak in my opinion. Especially for the price, but it does work as advertised. Just overpriced I think!

These were easy to install and do the job of discretely holding up my tomato plants AeroGarden Deluxe Trellis System. I hate jerry-rigged things. So while it might possible to use badge clips from work or the office supply store, I wouldn’t. This kit came with two clips and small horizontal bars with extra attachment screws. The system works like it’s supposed to and I don’t have to dink around with bits and parts to force something to work. After spending hundreds on my Aerogardens and corresponding Wall Gardens, it’s worth a lousy $20 to not have to fuss with forcing some “other” part to work with it/them. Now, if the clippy bits break, I might check into cheaper replacement parts — because I now know how the trellis system is supposed to work and look up close and personal. But for the initial purchase, I don’t want my Aerogardens or my plants looking tacky or “boot-leg”. Mind you, no freakin’ way would I pay $30 for this trellis system– Noooo! But $20 with free shipping? — sure!

For me, it was worth the money to get the trellis system. I used my own BADGE REELS and they substituted perfectly for the included reels. The system only comes with two reels and i like more.
Look to make sure you have screw holes in place before you order. If you do not, you must buy locking strips to attach it to the garden.
