Aero Garden water level is reading low, but it really isnt how do i fix this?

So my aero garden is constantly telling me that my water level is low. However it isnt! It is totally filled. How can i fix this? I think maybe the roots are just clogging things. Is this possible? Have you encountered this problem?

I would suggest emailing the manufacturer and ask them.
