Bought this at Lowes and am so happy that it has a 30 day money back guarantee, because it’s going back. I had to dig the dirt to lossen it and it barely went thru the loose dirt. I bought it so I wouldn’t have to use the shovel. Save you’re money and get the exercise.

This cultivator is perfect for the homeowner. It works great around trees, planting shrubs or flowers, loosening soil. If you have a lot of clay in your soil, this is ideal.

I looked around town for this cultivator and found it for $50.00 more than the Amazon price and had to wait for it to be ordered into the store. So I ordered it from Amazon. It came through the mail faster than to the store and for $50 less. Thanks.

This product did what it claimed….to an extent. It worked fine in garden soil that had been previously loosened by other means. But it really didn’t perform too well in impacted soil. It would work fine in garden beds in which you only need to incorporate fertilizer or make a planting hole in loose soil.

This product worked as touted and is suprisingly powerful. I just finished cultivating a flower bed about 5 by 10 feet and it did an excellent job. You have to occasionally clean the tines as they will clog if the ground is damp. Also I had to change the battery towards the end of the job. This unit is great for flower beds and other small to moderate sized areas…larger areas would require a gas or corded electric powered unit as this product would take too long with it’s narrow width.
